Our client, a top-tier management consulting firm, is looking to engage with a Call Center Operations Consultant. They are working with a new and upcoming diagnostic provider who wants to improve their call center operations.

Work involves:
- To conduct a quick diagnostic of the client's Call Centre operations and recommend initiatives to improve processes that lead to improved booking conversion.
