Assignment Details

Our Client, a specialized HR consulting and recruitment firm based in India, is looking to engage with a consultant who can deliver the following key responsibilities:

 

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales efforts.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Develop and manage relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and position appropriate solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and negotiations with key stakeholders.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions.
  • Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and relationship management.

Skills Required

 

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
  • Strong experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and sales closure.
