Assignment Details

Our client, a leading non-profit research organization is looking to engage with a Consultant - Investigative Journalist who will be responsible for writing serious pieces of content about the economy and technology.

Key responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Investigative Journalist who has experience and deep interest in current topics of technology and economics.
- The person should have a natural curiosity to investigate everyday matters related to technology and economics, and how it impacts society.
--Collection of evidence will be through primary interviews, secondary research, personal observation.
- Should be able to translate the investigation to the written word, resulting in pieces ranging from 1000 words to 5000 words.
- Topics will include how things work around us, what societal impact they are having, hidden side of everything, and what does the future entail.

Duration: 6 months
Capacity: Part time
Location: This role can be worked remotely or /Delhi (1-2 times a week)

Skills Required

- Investigation
- Research
- Spoken Communication skills
- Written communication skills – both short form and long form
- 7 years-experience in Investigative journalism, writing serious pieces of content
- Evidence of past work will be essential
- Experience in researching technology related issues will be a huge plus
