Our client, A multinational education and talent development corporation, looking for an experienced freelance Graphic & Video Designer to join their extended creative team on a
project basis. The ideal candidate is a versatile creative professional with 8–10+ years of hands-on experience across static design and video production, who has also adapted their workflow to leverage AI tools for faster ideation, asset generation, and production — without compromising on creative quality or brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design static creatives for digital and print use - social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, packaging, and campaign collateral.
• Conceptualize, shoot (where applicable), edit, and produce short-form and long-form videos — reels, ads, explainer videos, testimonials, and brand films.
• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate concept development, generate mood boards, backgrounds, voiceovers, or supporting visual assets as needed.
• Translate briefs and reference material into polished, on-brand final outputs with minimal supervision.
• Maintain strict adherence to delivery timelines and incorporate feedback efficiently across revision rounds.
• Ensure all deliverables are optimized for their intended platform (formats, resolutions, aspect ratios, file sizes).
• Organize and hand over source/editable files (PSD, AI, Premiere/AE project files, etc.) along with final exports.
Note-
Delivery Timeline: 3 to 5 working days from the date of final briefing/brief sign-off, per deliverable (subject to scope/volume agreed upfront for larger projects).
Revisions Included: Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included within the agreed scope.
Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (print/brochure layouts); Figma/Canva (good to have)
Video Editing & Motion Graphics: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (motion graphics, kinetic typography); DaVinci Resolve (good to have); Adobe Audition/basic audio cleanup

Experience & Qualifications:
• 8–10+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video production (agency, in-house, or freelance).
• A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating both static design and video work is mandatory.
• Prior experience working with AI-assisted creative workflows is a strong plus.
• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Animation, Mass Communication, or related field preferred (not mandatory if portfolio is strong).
