Our client, a leading food and agri conglomerate, is looking for a Consultant - Instructional Designer.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Discovery and Storyboarding: Gather all required inputs and assets. Translate the
provided material into clear instructional storyboards detailing script and storyboard,
visual layouts, user flows, and interactivity.
2. Course Development: Build 4 to 5 Level 2 interactive modules using Articulate 360
(Storyline 360 / Rise 360 as appropriate).
3. Interactivity Level: Implement Level 2 interactions—including microlearning concept
overviews, scenario-based interactivity, click-and-reveal modules, interactive triggers,
and final knowledge check quizzes.
4. Audio Integration: Utilize Articulate’s built-in AI text-to-speech / AI voiceover features
to provide narration for video/interactive segments (no external voice actors required).
5. QA & Deployment: Collaborate with L&D Team to Deliver fully tested, LMS-ready
SCORM 1.2 / 2004 or xAPI packages and ensure smooth functionality.

Key Skills:
1. 3+ years of experience in Instructional Design and eLearning development.
2. Working proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 (triggers, variables, states, and
condition-based navigation).
3. Proven track record of building corporate training modules, ideally specifically for
sales, onboarding, or commercial teams.
4. Strong visual layout design skills (ability to create sleek, modern corporate themes).
5. Demonstrated collaboration and stakeholder management skills to be able to work
smoothly with our internal teams
