Our Client, A leading global specialist in energy management and automation is looking for consultant who will support the review and continuous improvement of digital learning content developed under the GreenSkills+ project, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for students and trainers.
Key Responsibilities:
-Review learning content developed under GreenSkills+ from a pedagogical and learner-experience perspective.
-Assess instructional effectiveness, assessments, learner engagement, and overall course quality.
-Coordinate with State Coordinators to organize and conduct interviews with teachers and trainers.
-Collect, analyze, and synthesize feedback from educators and learners.
-Identify improvement opportunities and propose enhancements to learning design, engagement strategies, and assessment methodologies.
-Work closely with the project team to implement agreed improvements and monitor their impact.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Psychology, or a related field.
-Proven experience in instructional design, learning experience design, learning quality assurance, or educational program evaluation.
-Strong understanding of adult learning principles and digital learning methodologies.
-Experience conducting stakeholder interviews, focus groups, or educational research.
-Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
-Ability to synthesize qualitative feedback and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
-Experience reviewing and evaluating e-learning programs and digital learning content.
-Experience working with vocational training, skills development, or education projects.
-Familiarity with learning platforms and digital learning environments.
-Experience in multi-stakeholder development or CSR projects.
-Language Requirements
Candidates who can work in at least two of the following languages will be strongly preferred: Hindi; Kannada; Telugu; Odia
