Assignment Details

We are looking for a consultant to help analyse high level physical key performance indicators for an operation in an effort to determine what performance could be achieved if improvements can be made to address the data that is predominantly limiting performance.

Consultant would be required to:
1. Assess production rate data through variability analysis to understand where the current performance is and whether that performance can be shifted through improvement actions targeting poor performance data.

2. Design histograms, control charts and other variability analysis tools with input from operations to assess the initial data analysis and then determine what improvement opportunities are possible to address the lower performance data points/sets/ranges.

2. Assess runtime (or downtime) data through analysis that should include pareto analysis but can include other analysis if useful. The intent would be to address the key impacts to runtime and once again, this is an aspect that operations need to determine once the initial data analysis is available.

The requirement is immediate and analysis needs to be completed in 8-10 days. Consultant services might be required for the next 2-3 months as well post the analysis but would largely depend on this piece of analysis.

Skills Required

Experience of having worked on a such an analysis in the past would be preferred
