Assignment Details

Our client is India's leading office space provider is looking for a PMO Lead for an Initial Public Offering (IPO)

Following will be the key deliverables-
1. Developing a tight project plan for the core and extended team with clear deliverables.
2. Understands documentation and processess and execution of finance functionalities.
3. Reviewing and sharing progress dashboards with stakeholders and regular co-ordination with stakeholders
4. Interacting with stakeholders including senior management from head office and finance.
5. Engaging with the team to discuss challenges, resolve issues and escalate wherever required
6. Providing inputs, suggestions and ensure a successful IPO.

Skills Required

1. Experience in leading multiple businesses to successful IPOs
2. 5-7 years experience in from a listed company.
3. The candidate should have experience of managing and driving large projects / initiatives
4. Would be required to demonstrate logical thinking, good numeric abilities, domain understanding and strong interpersonal skills
