Our client, a leading global consulting firm, is helping a leading automobile manufacturer set up a Used Tractor platform where they are partnering with existing used tractor dealers and helping them scale their business. They aim to help the dealers in end-to-end operations (sales, procurement, documentation, financing, etc.) in exchange for a service fee and also help the farmers by providing them with an enhanced buying experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for developing used tractor dealers within the Tractor World ecosystem
2. Managing the day-to-day operation of the dealers within their territories
3. Managing sales, supply of tractors, etc.
1. Cluster Head with 3-5 yrs of experience in the Tractor industry
2. Previous experience in Tractor Industry with OEMs (Mahindra, Sonalika, TAFE, etc.) or Tractor Finance (eg Mahindra Finance, L&T Finance, etc.)
3. Should be well versed in the used tractor industry
