Assignment Details

Our client, a leading house finance company is looking to engage with a Consultant.

Key responsibilities:
i) Create a strategy to improve brand presence in Campus (MBA, Engineering & Graduate). The strategy needs to be comprehensive and cover the entire life cycle of the campus student.
ii) Create awareness through unique activities and also generate sufficient interest in these students so that we can finally hire them into the organization. Through this process the students should also develop deep understanding of the role, organization and expectations.

Duration : 9-12 months depending on the execution timelines
Capacity: Full time
Location: Mumbai, Andheri East (JB Nagar)

Skills Required

- Min 5-6 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent networking & interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills & ability to negotiate effectively
- Strong execution capabilities & result orientation
- Work experience in Campus Recruitment or similar HR role
