Assignment Details

Our client, a Leading Manufacturer of Technical Textile Fabrics, is looking to engage with an HR Transformation Consultant - Manufacturing Industry.

 Review of existing organization structure and changes that can be proposed keeping in mind company’s long-term vision.
 Transformation in Culture of organization from worker to Senior Management level
 Recruitment of middle management and other key level designations and experts  Incorporating Key Responsibility Areas and Performance Management Systems
 Periodic Review of Scope of Work and Responsibilities
 Fluid Transition from existing structure to proposed structure/hierarchy without affecting existing production or manufacturing processes.
 Training of employees in their respective areas on regular basis for improving/updating of their knowledge and skills based on their work profile.
 Standard Operating Procedures
 Better utilization of existing HR software and synchronization with actual Job Roles & Responsibilities

This project is for a Duration of 6 Months based in Mumbai and requires the consultant to devote their Part Time Capacity (1-2 Days/ Week) in an Onsite Model.

Skills Required

- 20-25 years of experience in the HR domain in ideal
- Past experience in the manufacturing industry is mandatory
- Must be/ fluent in Marathi
- Proven experience in organizational design and development
- Expertise in leading cultural transformation initiatives
- Demonstrated ability in recruiting middle management and key positions
- Strong background in designing and implementing effective Performance Management Systems
- Ability to conduct periodic reviews and propose strategic adjustments
- Experience in facilitating smooth transitions between organizational structures
- Track record of developing and delivering effective employee training programs
- Proficiency in creating and implementing Standard Operating Procedures
- Familiarity with HR software for optimizing job roles and responsibilities
