Assignment Details

Our client is a leading global life sciences and diagnostics innovator is looking to engage with a HRBP Consultant.

Key Responsibilities-

Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
Provide expert guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Facilitate talent management processes, including recruitment, performance management, and succession planning.
Act as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
Analyze HR metrics and data to inform strategic decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.
Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture, driving employee engagement and retention.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Skills Required

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in HR generalist
- Should be well conversant with MS office suite and should know intermediate level of power point deck creation, excel data collation from multiple internal HRIS tools.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
