Assignment Details

Our client is the leading FMCG Firm and they are looking to engage with a Consultant- Learning and Engagement Lead who will be responsible for employee engagement activities for learning and leadership development

- Requires to lead end to end learning activities, from identifying the needs to build
the necessary programs, implement the existing trainings as per the needs and
discover the ones externally and implement where needed.
- Collaborate with external learning partners on the identified learning needs to
implement the trainings
- Responsibility of the end to end curriculum deployment-making sure the roles and
responsibilities split well.
- Building the network among learning leads and bringing back and implementing
the useful practices such as existing trainings, tools etc
- Establishing a learning dashboard to track participation of the learning sessions,
feedback of the sessions and bring insights per these data and implement
improvements for engagement
- Increase learning engagement and interest via different means of advertisement-
newsletter, messages, challenges, campaigns etc
- Designing a learning recognition system where people can be rewarded base on
their participation to learning events-which requires to crack the participation
tracking first
- Make sure all planned trainings are take place on time as planned, if any obstacle
to pivot and come up with alternative plans &solutions
- Partner with HRBPs and business to understand the learning needs and how to
deploy best

Skills Required

- Minimum 3-8 years of relevant experience in learning, previous experience in
learning curriculum creation
- Content curation experience in Learning
- Must-Have: HR Generalist with some L&D
- Good-To-Have: Global exp, MNC exp
- Eager to learn
- Great organization skills
- Detail-oriented
- Agile and has high adaptability and flexibility
- Strong team player and great at delivery through collaboration
