Assignment Details

Our client, a leading food production company is looking to engage with a Consultant.
The Consultant will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Primary Roles & Accountabilities
1. Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel.
2. Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
3. Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems

Duration - 3 months
Capacity- Full time
Location - Remote/Arunachal Pradesh (Must be available to work onsite as and when required)

Skills Required

- Must have experience in manufacturing plant.
- Must have knowledge about factory compliances.
- Have to visit the office twice every month during the project.
