Assignment Details

Our Client, a niche HR Consulting Company is looking to engage with an HRBP Consultant to support mainly on the below responsibilities.

1. HR Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic HR guidance and support to drive organizational goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and aligning HR strategies accordingly.
2. Rewards & Compensation: Develop, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs. Conduct market analysis to ensure compensation structures are aligned with industry standards. Design and administer incentive plans, salary reviews, and performance-based rewards.
3. Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives. Develop and execute programs to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and overall well-being.
4. Talent Management: Collaborate with business leaders to identify and develop talent within the organization. Implement succession planning, career development, and performance management strategies.
5. HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with legal regulations and company standards. Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
6. Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive data-informed decision-making. Prepare and present reports on HR activities, compensation trends, and employee engagement.

Skills Required

- MBA from XLRI/ MDI/ TISS/ Symbiosis/ IMI/ XIMB/ similar (i.e., Tier-I/II)
- HR experience, with a mix of HRBP and compensation & benefits exposure.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
