Assignment Details

Our client, a top tier management consulting firm, is looking to engage with a Consultant - Sales Transformation. They have embarked on a 3 year sales acceleration project with a Top Med-Tech company in India. They are looking for experienced consultants or operators to support the journey, ideally with 5+ years of experience in Pharma/MedTech sales transformation

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and execution of sales transformation and acceleration initiatives.
  • Analyze sales performance, productivity metrics, and commercial processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales force effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to drive adoption of new sales processes and tools.
  • Monitor transformation progress, track KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Support change management, stakeholder alignment, and communication efforts throughout the program.
  • Contribute to commercial excellence initiatives, including territory planning, incentive design, and sales analytics, where applicable.

Skills Required

 

  • 5+ years of experience in Pharma and/or MedTech sales transformation, sales excellence, or commercial operations.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, field force effectiveness, go-to-market strategies, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Experience driving transformation programs, change management, or commercial growth projects.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership teams.
