Assignment Details

Key Reponsibilities:

  1. Ensure structured execution of Climate Incubation Hub program and delivery across incubation lifecycle with strong tracking and governance
  2. Support incubation and management of 15–20 startups, ensuring structured tracking across onboarding, mentoring, grant deployment, and demo-day readiness.
  3. Coordinate and track 50+ one-on-one mentoring sessions and programme interventions (bootcamps, peer sessions, funding readiness), ensuring ≥90% completion and documentation.
  4. Support deployment and tracking of grant corpus, ensuring 100% documentation, utilisation tracking, and compliance readiness.
  5. Maintain 100% up-to-date trackers across program funnel and lifecycle stages (selection, mentoring, grant, demo day), with timely leadership reporting.
  6. Support management of 12 startups across 3 sectors and 5 states, ensuring milestone tracking, partner coordination, and programme delivery.
  7. Coordinate delivery of core program benefits (market access, policy linkage, expert mentoring, grant support) with 100% coverage across startups.
  8. Track startup progress across innovation stages (early revenue, scale, funded), ensuring ≥90% milestone adherence and timely escalation of risks.
  9. Maintain structured documentation of startup performance, partnerships, and outcomes, ensuring audit-ready records and complete reporting.
  10. Support delivery of PCB capacity-building initiatives and ecosystem partnerships
  11. Support rollout of capacity-building initiatives across ≥8–10 locations/partners, ensuring ≥90% completion of planned sessions and activities.
  12. Coordinate with ecosystem partners to ensure timely execution and tracking of partnership deliverables.
  13. Maintain 100% accurate reporting of programme outputs (sessions, participants, outcomes), with no reporting delays or data gaps.
