Assignment Details

Our Client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is looking for someone for leading
Incentive Compensation (IC) strategic delivery activities within the key
Anchor and Agile markets in the AAI Region that allows the business to
drive Customer Facing performance and higher ROI.

The Incentive Compensation – AAI Region (Contractor) role will :
1. Strategically collaborate with the Business Leaders for the Key Anchor and Agile markets in the AAI Region, other Biopharma Ops Vertical Leads, and Biopharma Ops Partners (BOPs) to strategically design and operationalize key Incentive
Compensation services in the AAI Region.
2. This includes defining,influencing, and managing IC bonus plans and quotas and recognition programs for the key Anchor and Agile markets in the AAI Region.
3. Responsible for the below Incentive Compensation activities in the AAI
Region:
- Bonus plan design
- Indirect leadership and partnership with local IC leads
- Quota Definition and Application
- Designing recognition programs
- Partners and collaborate with the GOSC in the IC plan
administration
- IC compliance policy management and administration - GMIS
policy
- Develop and provide insights and reports to our clients
- Drive strategic conversations with senior business leaders
regarding Incentive Compensation plans

Skills Required

BA Required; MBA or equivalent Master’s-level education
preferred
- 7+ years of commercial experience, preferably in Incentive
Compensation work and / or in the AAI Region
- Fluency in English required
- Cross-BU and/or diversity of job experiences
- Proven track record of supporting business performance
- Demonstrated history of leading through analytical, innovational,
and transformational capabilities
- Demonstrated leadership, influencing and project selling
capabilities
- Drive for optimization/excellence
- Delivery of exceptional customer services and experiences
- Track record for building strong cultures
- Strong ability to drive collaboration and foster highly productive,
functional relationships
- Demonstrated agility and ability to independently drive program
