Assignment Details

Our client, a leading FMCG organisation, is seeking an Independent Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing distribution channels, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective sales and distribution strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
Manage and motivate the distributor sales team to drive sales performance.
Oversee the distribution network to ensure efficient product delivery to customers.
Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and sub-distributors.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Analyze sales data and generate reports for management review.
Collaborate with finance, marketing, and product teams to develop promotional strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in sales and distribution.
Continuously improve processes to optimize sales and distribution efficiency.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve sales-related issues.

Duration: 12 months and extendable
Nature of Work/ Location: On-site in Kathmandu, Nepal
Capacity: Full-time (5 days/week)

Skills Required

Excellent communication skills in English
Good commercial skills preferred
5-7 years of experience in imported FMCG within reputed organizations in Nepal
Willingness to travel at least 7-10 days a month outside Kathmandu and occasionally to Mumbai.
