Our client, a leading multinational strategy and management consulting firm, is seeking to engage a consultant for a strategic leadership role in Affordable Housing Loans (AHL) sales and distribution, with the following key responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall sales and distribution strategy for the Affordable Housing Loans (AHL) business across multiple geographies.
  • Drive business growth by expanding market presence in semi-urban and rural markets.
  • Build, strengthen, and manage sourcing channels including DSTs, DSAs, connectors, and other partner networks.
  • Oversee field sales operations and manage large distributed sales teams to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Drive customer acquisition through effective lead funnel management, conversion optimization, and sales performance tracking.
  • Develop and implement business expansion strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
  • Monitor business performance metrics, identify gaps, and recommend strategic improvements.
