Assignment Details

Our client, a leading specialty pharma CDMO is looking to engage with a Consultant, experienced strategic marketing leader to head the global marketing function for our CDMO business. The role requires a strong leader with deep understanding of the pharmaceutical/CDMO landscape, capable of driving global marketing strategy, brand positioning, market expansion, and customer engagement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities 
• Develop and execute global marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives. 
• Drive strategic marketing initiatives across geographies for the CDMO business. 
• Build and strengthen brand positioning in international markets. 
• Lead market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities. 
• Partner closely with business leadership and commercial teams to support revenue growth and customer acquisition. 
• Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team (10+ FTEs). 
• Drive digital marketing, thought leadership, industry presence, and strategic campaigns. 
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, R&D, operations, and leadership teams.

Durations- 6 months
Location- Bangalore (onsite)

Skills Required

• 15–20 years of experience in marketing within CDMO / Pharma / Life Sciences industry. 
• Strong strategic marketing and leadership experience in a global environment. 
• Proven experience managing and leading a team. 
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. 
• Exposure to sales operations is good to have but not mandatory. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
