Assignment Details

Our client, a leading adventure and experiences vertical of an Indian multinational automotive company, is seeking a strategic and customer-focused Head of Experience Curation to design and deliver premium travel, hospitality, and lifestyle experiences that differentiate the brand, drive customer engagement, and increase revenue through unique, experience-led offerings.

 

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Develop a signature experience brand across travel, hospitality, and adventure segments.
  • Design premium experiences that enhance customer value and support premium pricing.
  • Prototype and test new concepts, refine them using customer feedback, and scale successful ideas.
  • Develop consumer personas and map end-to-end customer journeys.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Build and manage partnerships with external vendors, agencies, and experience providers.
  • Monitor customer feedback, market trends, and performance metrics to continuously improve offerings.
