The role requires the ability to vet payroll systems and ensure clearly laid-out processes with strong checks and balances.
We are looking for a seasoned Payroll SME who will work closely with the Business Analyst (BA) Lead /Architect to drive detailed requirement discovery, functional design, and configuration of payroll modules within an HRMS platform.
The SME will play a critical role in asking the right functional and statutory questions, uncovering payroll nuances, and ensuring that business requirements are translated into precise, compliant, and scalable system logic.
