Our client, a pharmaceutical company, is looking for a Consultant – to manage senior-level hiring mandates and coordinate with retained executive search firms.
Key Responsibilty:
Manage relationships with retained executive search firms and ensure timely delivery of quality candidate profiles.
Drive senior leadership hiring mandates end to end, including candidate sourcing, shortlisting, interview coordination and offer closure.
Monitor search firm performance and ensure adherence to agreed timelines and hiring requirements.
Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to understand leadership hiring needs.
Build talent pipelines for CXO and N-1/N-2 level positions.
Provide regular updates on search progress, candidate pipelines and hiring outcomes.
Skills Required:
10+ years of experience in executive search or senior-level talent acquisition.
Experience managing CXO and N-1/N-2 level hiring mandates.
Prior experience managing retained executive search firms.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences or healthcare sectors is preferred.
Candidates with experience in leading executive search firms or heading leadership hiring at large corporates are preferred.
