Our client, a top-tier management consulting, is looking to engage with a Consultant who can support the diagnostics phase of a cost transformation case for a local power distribution, generation, and retail electricity services organization.
Project Brief- 8-week diagnostics phase of cost transformation program leading to early set-up of implementation tail for power distribution, generation, and retail electricity services organization
Key responsibilities:
- Look into costs, operations, and distribution and advise on areas of efficiency/ cost saving
Capacity: 1-2 days per week
Location: The consultant will be required to fly into Manila during the case.
Duration: 3-month long engagement but, the requirement of this expert is more for the first 4 weeks of the diagnostics phase
Must have:
-Power generation expertise + deep industry experience
-Experience in electricity generation, hydration, power plants
-Experience across either Ops or Maintenance or Distribution of a power generation plant
-Experience from developing nations rather than developed nations (India, South America, SEA, Africa etc.)
-At least 7-10 years of experience across power generation.
Nice to have:
- Experience with hydro power plants, coal plants, CFT, oil is good to have
