Pay a percent of the project cost upfront and the remainder based on project milestone completion

Do-it-yourself model

  • Start receiving applications; shortlist based on fit
  • Use our proprietary matching algorithm, to search & invite additional Perfect/Best fit candidates
  • Schedule interviews with the shortlisted candidates
  • Request a 'Scope of Work' document from your finalized consultants with the agreed upon project scope, fees and logistics
  • Execute a tripartite contract between Flexing It, the finalized consultant and your organization
  • Track the project progress as well as manage timesheets or project milestones using our dedicated PM dashboard
  • Flexing It ® will manage the payments and tax compliance for the consultant
Success based
We will charge a 12.5% margin on top of the expected project value

Fully managed model

    Flexing It will assign an account manager who will provide support from:
  • Crafting the project charter so that the deliverables are well defined
  • Shortlisting applicants and conducting a custom search of the existing database and beyond to add strong consultants to the shortlist
  • Obtaining additional information as maybe needed from shortlisted consultants (e.g., cover notes, fee quotes etc)
  • Support in alignment on project milestones and budgets/agreed rates
  • Contracting and payment and managing tax compliance (GST, TDS) to be managed by Flexing It
  • Regular check-ins to ensure progress of the project based on the deliverables/milestones agreed
