Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global FMCG organisation, is looking to engage with Consultant: Assistant Nutrition Business Group Manager. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Be at the Core of the Nutrition Procurement Lighthouse strategy in a global
business environment; 
- Lead regular reviews with Procurement teams, ensuring timely updates and creating unlocks where needed; 
- Design and create impactful reports in Excel and PowerPoint, showing quantifiable progress on the different programme objectives; 
- Organize and lead internal sessions where presenters upskill the teams on different Lighthouse strategy topics; 
- Be the voice of procurement in internal and external engagements;
- Be a driver for change, helping and influencing teams;

Duration: 12 months

Skills Required

-Functional level of English language is essential;
- Degree in business studies, supply chain management or equivalent;
- Experience in FMCG (especially Procurement and/or Supply Chain) is desirable;
- Understanding of core procurement processes such as purchasing, negotiation, cost-modelling, supplier relationship management, resilience, and sustainability;
- Strong Analytical and Critical Thinking – be able to see the big picture and draw insights out of complex information without losing track of details;
- Excel and Sharepoint skills, for data management and collaboration;
- Convincing and influencing;
- Self-management (e.g. priority setting)
- Results-oriented and problem-solving to drive business success
- Communication and presentation skills to convey ideas and promote
collaboration with stakeholders;
- Business acumen, collaboration, networking
