Assignment Details

Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation is looking for a Senior Executive - Order processing. 

 Key Responsibilties:

  • Handle End User, VIP, SBP, and Channel Partner order bookings in Oracle.
     Create and manage Customer ID in BFO.
  • Review Purchase Orders (POs) with respect to commercial terms & conditions
    and SRM guidelines.
  •  Create Sales Orders and Credit Memos in Oracle and maintain trackers for
    the same.
  •  Coordinate with the Master Data team for part code creation.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and resolve order-related discrepancies to ensure
    accurate bookings.
  • Manage Work Order creation, Asset registration, and customer call
    logging.
  •  Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and business
    guidelines.
  •  Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy across system

This project is for a duration of 6 months, where the consultant will be required to work the last 5 days of the month (including the weekends) and requires the consultant to work in a Hybrid Model only devoting their capacity to the last 5 days of the month. The role follows a hybrid work model with 3 days remote and 2 days in-office.
 

Skills Required

  • Strong ability to communicate clearly and timely with both internal and
    external stakeholders.
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    and database tools.
  •  Ability to identify and escalate issues, customer disputes, or delays to
    management.
  • Good knowledge of GST, Direct & Indirect Taxation, and Statutory
    Compliance.
  •  Hands-on experience with ERP systems like Oracle and SAP.

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
