Our client, A Strategy and Policy Advisory Firm is looking to engage with a Change Management Consultant, who thrives on tackling global issues, enjoys working in high-performing teams and engaging deeply with the decision makers and on-ground change makers, and wants to put their skills to work – transforming organizations that fund change around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources.
- Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials.
- Monitoring of HR Policy regarding Capacity Building
- Leading problem-solving and execution for different projects
- Setting up and following processes that lead to efficient delivery of projects
- Contributing to the restructuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives
- Build on the company's DNA and framework for talent development, envisioning and executing skills/ competency-based training programs and critical leader experiences
Skills Required
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Public Administration, Policy, International Relations, Development, Social Entrepreneurship, Social sciences, Economics, Education, or any related fields
- Master’s degree in the above areas will be a plus
- Minimum 2 years experience in Change Management Domain
- At least 2 years of experience in the Dev Sector
- A passion for international development, typically evidenced by a strong interest and prior exposure to global issues such as economic development, global health, education, or the environment
- Experience living and working in different cultures; time spent in developing countries strongly preferred
