Our client, a public sector advisory firm is implementing the E-services component of ACCELERATE – a USAID funded program to make progress towards the end of HIV epidemic in India. They are looking to engage with a consultant who can prepare, analyse and present data to the stakeholders.
The E-services component of the program aims to:
A. Reach out to populations at risk of HIV via online platforms (Search Engines,
Social Media, Others)
B. Create content and engage with them online and provide messaging on HIV
prevention
C. Provide insights on impact of online strategies and effectiveness
Responsibilities Include:
1. Regular Analysis of Online Data generated
a. Review online data of the clients accessing services, for example:
i. Risk Profiles
ii. Geographical Data
iii. Preferred mode to access service
b. Segregate data to understand population diversity, age distribution and other
similar data points
c. Analyze data to Identify gaps, opportunities and provide intelligence and
direction to the program so that the program can reach out more people,
prioritize services and clients and manage the clients more efficiently
2. Desk Research, Qualitative interactions/interviews with clients
a. Make recommendations based on the reading and help devise new strategies
to improve the program
b. Conduct qualitative interview with consenting clients to understand the client
psychology better
c. Document interviews and corroborate with existing research or primary data
collected to find robust, scientific conclusions that have programmatic
implications
3. Generating ideas and writing abstracts, research for conferences and Journals
4. Create Reports in desired formats
a. Generate weekly and monthly reports for the ACCELERATE program as
required in the desired format
b. Highlight challenges, gaps and recommendations for the program in each
report
Note: This project is based out in Delhi.
1. More than 2 years of Past experience in the field of HIV and Sexual health
2. Complete knowledge of scientific methods for Data Analysis
3. Authored or Co-authored papers published or presented in reputed Journals or
conferences
4. Expertise to use statistical tools and methods for Data Analysis
5. Scientific Aptitude to read and absorb data
6. Time management and Report writing skills
7. Presentation Skills (Above Average knowledge of power point and other tools)
