Assignment Details

Our client, an Indian multinational conglomerate, is looking to engage with a Marketing Consultant.


Key Responsibilities:
•    Consumer & category insighting to identify trends, need states, and white spaces
•    Competitive landscape mapping and gap identification
•    Product & portfolio development across formats, flavours, and SKUs
•    Packaging and value proposition development
•    CMU (3rd party manufacturing Unit) identification
•    Pricing strategy aligned to value delivery
•    Go-To-Market strategy across GT/MT/E-com/Q-com
•    Integrated brand plan using 4Ps framework

Key Deliverables:
•    Consumer insight (primary + secondary research)
•    Opportunity sizing and category strategy
•    Product portfolio blueprint
•    CMU alignment
•    Pricing and value proposition
•    GTM and launch strategy
•    Final business plan presentation
 

Skills Required

  • Experience in FMCG brand management, category management, or innovation roles
  • Strong expertise in consumer insights generation and market research
  • Proven experience in new product development (NPD) and innovation pipelines
  • Ability to develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, preferably within the food and beverages sector
  • Strong grounding in marketing and consumer behaviour
  • High analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Interest in food/category trends and brand building
