Assignment Details

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead assessment of current Brand Manager responsibilities, workflows, and time allocation.
  • Analyze operational vs strategic task distribution and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Redesign brand management roles to improve focus on strategic brand-building activities.
  • Define future-state operating models, accountability frameworks, and RACI structures.
  • Conduct process mapping and identify inefficiencies across marketing and cross-functional workflows.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance agility, collaboration, and decision-making.
  • Drive initiatives to streamline operational activities and reduce process complexity.
  • Support implementation of standardized best practices and governance models.
  • Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Legal, Regulatory, and MarCom teams to improve alignment and role clarity.
  • Facilitate stakeholder discussions to resolve overlaps, dependencies, and decision bottlenecks.
  • Ensure seamless coordination across functions to support business objectives.
  • Conduct internal diagnostics, task inventories, and time-motion studies.
  • Benchmark industry best practices and peer FMCG organizational models.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness and marketing productivity.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to leadership teams.
  • Develop revised Job Descriptions, accountability matrices, and process documentation.
  • Monitor implementation effectiveness and continuous improvement initiatives.

8–15 years of experience in:

  • Brand Management
  • Marketing Transformation
  • Organizational Design
  • Commercial Excellence

  • Process Improvement
  • Prior experience in FMCG / Consumer Goods industry preferred
  • Experience working with large matrix organizations and cross-functional teams
  • Exposure to transformation or operating model redesign projects preferred
