Assignment Details

Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation is looking for a Process Specialist-Digital Prescription

1. Client Relationship Management:
-Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
-Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.

2. Project Planning and Execution:
-Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in consultation with stakeholders.
-Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
-Oversee project execution, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget constraints.

3. Stakeholder Engagement:
-Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
-Foster effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to drive project success.
-Address stakeholder concerns and facilitate resolution of conflicts or issues as they arise.

4. Technical Proficiency:
-Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes, providing insights to inform decision-making.
-Develop compelling presentations to communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.

5. Risk Management:
-Monitor project progress and performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery.
-Implement contingency plans as necessary to address unforeseen challenges and minimize disruptions.

6. Quality Assurance:
-Maintain a focus on delivering high-quality results, adhering to established standards and best practices.
-Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to assess project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

7. Documentation and Reporting:

12. Duration and Performance Evaluation:

-Contribute to the overall success and growth of the PS Digital Prescription Support division through exemplary performance and commitment to excellence.

This project is for a duration of 12 months and requires the consultant to work in Hybrid setting (3 days from office, 2 days wfh) devoting their Full-Time Capacity.
