Assignment Details

Our client, a leading Premium Global Conglomerate, is seeking an experienced L&D Lead to design and execute its annual Learning Fest. The ideal candidate will have experience leading the L&D function, designing enterprise-wide learning interventions, collaborating with business stakeholders and learning partners, facilitating workshops, and driving large-scale employee capability-building initiatives while measuring learning impact.

Key Requirements:
 

  1. Design learning interventions on themes given for mass coverage
  2. Suggest modern and innovative learning methodologies that create impact to individuals, teams and businesses
  3. Partner with business learning teams on behalf of Group Learning team to execute learning interventions
  4. Can facilitate sessions / workshops if needed
  5. Keep tracking impact of learning interventions during the 3 month learning fest – surveys, FGDs, business impact etc.
  6. Ensure learning fest attains scale in terms of coverage of employees
  7. On board learning partners who can execute interventions at sites
