Assignment Details

Our client, an Indian conglomerate, is looking to engage an HR Consultant with experience in Learning & Development for a 2-month full-time, on-site assignment in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Design and deliver Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify training needs through stakeholder discussions and data analysis.
  • Develop and implement training modules, workshops, and learning interventions.
  • Track and evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, metrics, and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive employee engagement and continuous learning culture

Note:

Duration - 2 Months 

Location - Bangalore (On-Site)

Capacity - Full Time 

Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of Learning & Development frameworks, training design, and adult learning principles.
  • Experience in creating and delivering training content, workshops, and learning interventions.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint and familiarity with LMS tools and learning analytics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage diverse teams.
