Must have behavioural skills functional: highly creative, agile; open to feedback; open to experimenting and suggesting out of the box solutions; excellent stakeholder management; ability to adapt and learn with change in business needs, working with multicultural, multilingual project teams.
Good to have skills: Understanding of how various learning experience platforms behave (Cornerstone/SCORM cloud); exposure to AI and its impact on learning technology landscape is an advantage.
