Our client, a leading Indian conglomerate, is looking for independent consultants who can deliver the following responsibilities :
- Design digital lending product propositions with end to end digital fulfilment (from origination to disbursement) on a digital platform
- Understand existing lending products within client and design their digital fulfilment journeys
- Work with technology to identify various components that can help in building end to end digital journeys
- Identify new data sources (alternate data) to create new variants of existing products and get their policies approved by internal teams
- Identify and create new lending products right fit for SME and individual customers
- Work with internal teams (product, risk, policy) for creating new lending programs (product proposition, product note and policy approvals, digital journeys, etc)
- Work with technology to identify various components that can help in building end to end digital journeys
- Identify servicing requirement of different customer segments and products and design digital journeys for DIY/assisted servicing
- Understand sales fulfilment process by engaging with sales team and create a BRD for a sales/RM app with capabilities of digital customer onboarding and product fulfilment, phygital journeys for high ticket credit products, etc.
- drafting detailed Business Requirement Documents, functional specifications & flow charts
- Experience in Product Management
- Experience in Lending
- Candidates with experience in creating digital lending products for SME and individuals
- Exposure of existing LMS and LOS
- Be available to work in Location: Goregaon (Mumbai)
