Key Responsibilities:
1. Offering consultation and guidance on market entry and growth strategy for a
steel structures and precision industrial equipment player
2. Consulting on effective approaches for shaping the demand at PSUs and large
companies in core sectors such as steel, coal mining, power, oil & gas, railways
and heavy engineering
Note: This project will require remote support.
1. Extensive experience in business development / projects management on large
capacity expansion / capital projects especially PSU
2. Prior experience in growth strategy for the company and has developed strong
business relationships with decision making stakeholders in large PSUs
3. Deep understanding of key market trends
4. Hands-on experience of shaping business (project packages / modules, tender
requirements) with large PSUs and winning large projects
5. Understanding of financials and commercial processes
6. Experienced in adding value to projects through design / engineering
interventions, resulting in creation of differentiated offerings
