Assignment Details

Our client, a leading management consulting firm, is working on a Route to Market (RTM) Transformation programme in the building material construction space.

The are looking to engage with a Sales Consultant who can support the team in the transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities:

- Working with the Consulting team in providing key insights of the Manila geography
- Meet and exceed overall sales revenue and profitability per goals set
forth by management
-Negotiate with clients and prepare / manage rate quotations, proposals and other
sales materials.
-Data base generation of prospective clients
-Sales organization planning and development
-Conceiving and implementing short/ long term business plans
-Expanding the existing client base
-Identifying and developing potential clients
-Tapping profitable business opportunities

The project is based out of Manila, Philippines for a duration of 3 months.

Skills Required

- Hands on Sales & Regional Manager experience of working in Building Material
construction space
-Prior experience of working in B2B fragmented space, with Channel and Vendor management
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Customer-focused orientation.
-Strong analytical thinking skills
-Highly effective communicator, with strong “influencing” skills
-Self -starter, independent worker.
-High energy, motivated personality and with robust problem-solving
