Assignment Details

- Responsible for supporting company’s growth through sales strategy and continuous improvement of salesforce effectiveness
- Partner closely with sales leader and drive sales planning process, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Design & maintain the methodology of establishing sales goals based on quantitative analysis, past sales performance and sales team capabilities
- Partner with L&D to implement ongoing sales capability building programs and consistently identify solutions that will improve sales force efficiency
- Partner with other leaders to identify key focus areas, deficiencies and opportunities by region

Skills Required

- Preferably with technical qualifications (B.Tech, B.E., M.Tech, M.E.) or evidence of strong product understanding
- University degree in Business (MBA), and/ or evidence of strong business understanding
- 6-8 years of experience in running sales operations
- Preferable previous organizations: IT services, Telecom, ISPs
- Analytical prowess, excellent communication skills, strong EQ, sales experience and a strong understanding of sales tools, sales reporting, and pipeline management.
- Ability to effectively interact cross-functionally at all levels of management, manage people, overseeing and implementing proceduraloriented processes
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues and escalations
