Assignment Details

The Digital Channel Manager will be responsible for identifying opportunities for incremental revenue from existing digital distribution channels and through new channel partnerships. More specifically, these responsibilities will include:

- Evaluate and optimize existing digital distribution channels.
- Identify new digital channels and forge partnerships that align with the brand's positioning and revenue goals by conducting market research to identify untapped areas for growth and propose strategies to enter these markets.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive incremental revenue through digital channels, leveraging data-driven insights and analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute revenue-generating initiatives by creating exclusive promotions, packages, and campaigns to drive bookings.
- Utilize data analytics to assess channel performance, customer behaviour, and market trends.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding with a focus on digital distribution trends and emerging technologies by keeping up with industry developments, competitor strategies, and market dynamics.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management, to align digital channel strategies with overall business objectives.
- Maintain effective communication with external partners and stakeholders.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with digital distribution partners to ensure favourable terms and conditions for the organization.
- Develop and manage budgets related to digital channel initiatives, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum return on investment. Generate regular reports on digital channel performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Present findings to senior management and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.

Skills Required

- Exhibit strong leadership, problem solving, and time management capabilities.
- Comfortable working in a cloud-based environment.
- Experienced managing multiple sales channels.
- Sales experience in FMCG or travel portals
