Assignment Details

Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation is looking for a Key Account Manager: Service sales.

Key Responsibilities:
1. The consultant will be responsible for working closely with major End users (Industry End Users, System Integrators , Repair Centers ,Major OEM Installed bases).
2. The Consultant should be capable to handle End Users, Partners, system Integrators & generating long term as well as short term Service Business for Industry Products .
3. Plan and achieve order booking targets for IDIIBS ( Recurring , Modernization , consulting Businesses , spares, drives repair Business , Partner Business )
4. Managing existing Customer base and developing new customer base. Mapping all existing customers for Services Business .
5. Develop new customers where Installed bases of Industry Products are there.
6. Working on Installed bases with service Mindset .
7. Leverage the Channel Partners, Eco Expert-AISP (Industrial service Partners) , System Integrators to address the customer requirements & nurturing them for technical capability enhancement.
8. To gain market share in services within the Region.
9. Is able to negotiate and build relationships., Clarify customer queries and resolving problems on priority basis .
10. Is able to carry Corporate image and should be solution provider to customer.
11. Excellent influencing and convincing skills, computer skills are mandatory.
12. Expert in PLC , Machine Solution and Drives for driving services Business.

This project is for a duration of 6 months and requires the consultant to work On- Site in Mumbai devoting their Full-Time Capacity.

Skills Required

-Sales and Negotiation Skills: Effective communication and negotiation with end users, integrators, and partners.
- Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships for long-term business growth.
- Strategic Planning: Developing plans to drive both short-term and long-term service business.
- Technical Knowledge: Preferably a B.Tech in Electrical for understanding product intricacies.
- Problem-Solving: Identifying challenges and proposing innovative solutions.
- Customer Focus: Dedicated to understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Results-Oriented: Committed to achieving sales targets and business objectives.
- Collaboration: Working with internal teams for cohesive business strategies.
