Our client is looking for an expert who can help them figure out the right organisation and approach to address the issue of counterfeits for their top brands that leads to significant revenue leakage. They are looking to set up an internal Anti-counterfeiting team/cell and need someone experienced with this subject to help them with the following:
1. Define the detailed roles and approach for this cell - and how they will coordinate with legal who coordinates IP protection and marketing who looks at brand security
2. Help develop the organisation structure for the cell - number of people needed, types of skills, roles
3. Work with the internal team to define responsibilities and accountabilities for dealing with the issues clearly across teams so there are clear owners and escalation
4. Define SOPs for key processes working with internal stakeholders
5. Help facilitate implementation of the defined approach and building of the team
6. Provide input into the overall anti-counterfeiting strategy
1. Experienced in the forensics domain with a Big 4 firm
2. Experience with working on/advising clients on an anti-counterfeiting strategy
3. Deep knowledge of supply chains and ensuring supply security is a must
