Assignment Details

Key Responsibilities

 

1.Copilot Adoption Strategy & Implementation

  • Develop and execute a structured Microsoft Copilot adoption plan, including stakeholder mapping, communication strategy and usage assessment.
  • Identify key user personas and business scenarios across Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Identify and prioritize Copilot use cases based on business value, feasibility, data sensitivity and adoption potential.
  • Promote responsible AI usage, ensuring adherence to data confidentiality, security, permissions and human-review requirements.


2. User Enablement & Change Management

  • Conduct interactive workshops, demonstrations and hands-on training sessions to drive Copilot adoption across Sustainability teams.
  • Organize regular user support sessions and office hours to help employees apply Copilot to their day-to-day tasks.
  • Build and manage a network of internal champions to encourage continuous adoption and knowledge sharing.
  • Develop reusable learning materials, including user guides, prompt libraries, FAQs, scenario-based resources and training recordings.
  • Identify adoption challenges, user feedback and recurring issues, and coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders for resolution.


3. AI Use-Case Identification & Prototyping

  • Engage with business users to identify opportunities for AI-driven productivity improvements and workflow optimization.
  • Identify use cases across meeting preparation, email management, document analysis, content creation, presentation development, data analysis and reporting.
  • Develop and test practical Copilot-based solutions and reusable workflows based on business requirements.
  • Evaluate use cases based on feasibility, expected business impact, scalability and associated risks.
  • Document validated use cases and develop implementation playbooks for wider adoption across Sustainability teams.


4. Simple Agent Development & Enablement

  • Identify opportunities to develop simple AI agents for knowledge retrieval, structured information collection, recurring reporting and workflow assistance.
  • Configure or support the development of simple agents using Schneider Electric-approved Microsoft tools and environments.
  • Define agent instructions, knowledge sources, access permissions and relevant testing scenarios.
  • Conduct basic testing to evaluate response accuracy, information grounding, access controls and reliability.
  • Enable internal teams to independently maintain and reuse validated agent solutions.


5. Supplier Sustainability Data Collection Automation

  • Assess and map existing supplier data collection processes, including supplier outreach, data submission, reminders, validation, consolidation and reporting.
  • Identify manual activities, process inefficiencies, data quality issues and opportunities for automation.
  • Design and pilot improved workflows using low-code and Microsoft ecosystem tools such as Power Automate, Power Query, SharePoint, Teams, Excel and Copilot.
  • Automate or streamline activities such as supplier communication, submission tracking, automated reminders, data completeness checks, exception management and status reporting.
  • Develop process documentation, operating guidelines and recommendations for future automation and system integration.


6. Adoption Tracking, Governance & Knowledge Transfer

  • Define and monitor adoption metrics, including active users, participation, repeat usage, user feedback and validated use cases.
  • Track productivity improvements, time savings and process efficiency gains wherever measurable.
  • Maintain risk and issue trackers covering data privacy, access controls, AI accuracy, process ownership and solution maintainability.
  • Prepare periodic progress updates highlighting achievements, challenges, dependencies and recommendations.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide reusable documentation to ensure long-term adoption and sustainability of implemented solutions.

  • Strong experience in Microsoft Copilot adoption, AI enablement, digital transformation or business process automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Query, SharePoint and low-code automation.
  • Experience in identifying business use cases and translating them into practical AI-enabled workflows.
  • Understanding of AI agents, prompt engineering, knowledge retrieval and responsible AI practices.
  • Experience in conducting user training, workshops, change management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong process mapping, workflow assessment and continuous improvement capabilities.
  • Ability to develop prototypes, test solutions and drive user adoption.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, documentation and problem-solving skills.
