Our client, a global leader in clinical research and drug development, is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead technology-driven projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end IT project management, including project definition, scoping, planning, execution, and delivery.
Manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams across multiple geographies and functions.
Own project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project risks, issues, quality, and financials, ensuring timely mitigation and delivery.
Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, status reports, risk/issue logs, and project documentation.
Define functional requirements and specifications and coordinate with Business Analysts and technical teams.
Manage UAT, system validation, technical change control, and go-live activities.
Conduct project meetings, track milestones and deliverables, and provide regular updates to senior management.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration with IT, business, and external stakeholders while maintaining strict confidentiality.
