Our client, a top tier management consulting firm is looking to engage with a GCC Consultant (Global Capability Centers/ Global Delivery Centers).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement the strategic direction and vision for the Global Capability Center, in alignment with the overall business objectives
- Provide strategic guidance and support to the GCC team, ensuring alignment with the firm's goals and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to the capabilities and services provided by the GCC.
2. Business Development:
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities for the GC sales expectation
- Collaborate with other teams and practice areas to leverage capabilities and drive synergies across the organization.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering innovative solutions that meet their requirements.
3. Operational Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounts and engagements, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to quality standards. Managing revenue
- Develop and implement operational processes and policies that optimize the delivery of services and enhance client satisfaction.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze performance metrics, and implement corrective actions as necessary to drive operational excellence.
4. Talent Development:
- Attract, develop, and retain top talent within the practice, fostering a high- performance culture and nurturing employee growth.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting their professional development and career advancement.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement.
5.Stakeholder Management:
- Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders across the organisation, including leadership, partners, and other directors, to align strategies, initiatives, and priorities.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the Global Capability Center and promoting its value proposition.
Skills Required
- Should have worked on GCC / Outsourcing / Captive center setup / business operations
- Experience across IT, FP&A
- Master's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree (MBA, MCA, etc.) preferred
- Demonstrate good understanding of IT Risk Management skills, IT Security Standards and Controls Frameworks
- In-depth knowledge of the services, capabilities, and operations within the Global Capability Center domain
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions in complex situations
