Assignment Details

Our client, a leading Strategy and Transformation Consulting Firm, is seeking an Independent Program Manager who will lead the transition from manual to automated stock replenishment with eCRS (Electronic Customer Replenishment System), aiming for substantial financial and non-financial benefits for the company and its distributors. The role involves identifying key success factors for eCRS through ongoing POC (Proof of Concept) processes, developing solutions, and scaling up geographically.

Key Deliverables:

Project-manage the eCRS program
Hands-on execution with the team
Stakeholder management across various functions
Identifying hurdles, proposing solutions, preparing Business Requirement Documents, and testing systems
Driving eCRS KPIs at distributor, sales, and supply chain levels

KPIs:
The Program Manager will be accountable for driving multiple KPIs focused on increasing eCRS compliance as per company objectives.

Scope of Work:
The Program Manager will oversee manpower resources deployed at the client's site and lead the execution of eCRS. Besides managing the program, the incumbent will actively participate in its execution.

Note: This is a project-based role that requires Full-time support for a duration of 3 months and extendable

Skills Required

Effective people and team management

Preferred Experiences:

10-20 years of experience
FMCG industry experience
Experience in consulting engagements and business transformations
