Our client, a leading global specialist in energy management and automation, is seeking a Manager – Services Sales to drive the growth of service business for UPS and cooling systems. The role focuses on expanding service revenue through contracts, spare parts, upgrades, and modernization solutions while building strong customer relationships and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive service sales growth for UPS and cooling systems, including annual maintenance contracts, spare parts, upgrades, and modernization solutions.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and business growth targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective customer accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with technical, service, and operations teams to ensure timely execution and high customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales forecasts, monitor business performance, and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Experience in service sales, preferably in UPS, cooling systems, power management, electrical equipment, or industrial automation.
Proven experience in selling service contracts, spare parts, and lifecycle or modernization solutions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple customer accounts effectively.
