Our client, a leading global specialist in energy management and automation, is looking for a dynamic sales professional to drive the growth of the Secure Power business in Bangladesh. The role will focus on expanding the market for UPS, Data Centre solutions, cooling, racks, and associated services by developing channel partnerships, acquiring new customers, and delivering revenue growth across enterprise and mid-market segments.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and business growth for the Secure Power portfolio in Bangladesh.
Develop and strengthen relationships with channel partners, distributors, and key customers.
Identify and acquire new business opportunities across enterprise and mid-market segments.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal pre-sales, technical, and support teams to deliver customer solutions.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular business updates and forecasts.
5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in electrical, power, IT infrastructure, or data centre solutions.
Experience in channel sales and business development.
Strong understanding of UPS, data centre infrastructure, cooling solutions, racks, or related technologies is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
