Assignment Details

Our client, is a global FMCG company and is looking for a HR Business Partner:

Key responsibilities:
1-Provide hands‑on support to deliver vertical ramp up of Pune Hub – leading Recruitment operations on the ground including risk mitigation, unblocking issues to accelerate pace of hiring

2-Establish Recruitment tracking & governance via the Recruitment dashboard & providing periodic status updates for site & global leadership

3-Coordinate HR inputs across priority areas in global GBS HR team, including:

HR operating model implementation

4-Workforce transition and role clarity

5-HR technology readiness (in collaboration with HR Tech and PMO teams)

6-Track milestones, risks, and dependencies, proactively identifying and escalating issues where 7-required including a GBS HR Establishment dashboard

8-Prepare clear and concise programme materials, including status updates, progress summaries, 9-and decision papers for governance forums

10-Support structured handover, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities to BAU teams
 

Scope & Boundaries of the Assignment

  • Assignment is focused on delivery of defined tasks, outputs, and outcomes
  • No people management, performance management, or disciplinary responsibilities
  • Operates under the direction of the Global GBS HR Lead
  • Works within agreed timelines, priorities, and decision‑making frameworks

Skills Required

1-Proven experience supporting HR transformation, HR programmes, or complex organisational change initiatives

2-Strong ability to operate in large, matrixed, and multi‑country organisations

3-Demonstrated capability to work at pace with limited onboarding within ambiguous environments

4-Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills

5-High level of organisation, prioritisation, and delivery focus
